Established in 2010, Eastvantage has since grown into an organisation of 250 employees servicing over 30 companies, many of which have grown vertically with us. What was once a European BPO company start-up has grown exactly as its founders Fred Tshidimba and Joeri Timp have planned--a well-rounded and versatile Euro-Filipino outsourcing company in Asia comprised of real people, offering real solutions.
Eastvantage is a brand name of Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc., an accredited member of the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPA/P), the leading professional body representing the national outsourcing industry. In December 2010, Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. was granted the full status of an IT-enabled outsourcing company by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).

Eastvantage has undertaken improving education, one person at a time, as one of its mission statements. For the last three years, we have financially sponsored the tertiary (college/university) education of young adults as an ongoing effort to provide scholarships, coaching and training to deserving but less privileged individuals.
