A time to look back on the year of the Dragon, and presenting a preview of what Eastvantage has in store for you.

The Dragon offered us a great year. But it seems we are in for a good start to make the new year successful.

On the first Monday of January, we moved into our new offices. What a great way to come back from the festive season. With plenty of room (for growth) and a great view on the Manila skyline, it is easy to feel at home here. The large meeting rooms are open for client visits, and the training auditorium begs for knowledge transfer initiatives. The coffee machine - well, we are working on that.

In February, we started operations for our new Hong Kong based client. This company is an integrated player in the consumer electronics field. Design, production, marketing, sales and distribution all under one roof, albeit a global roof, with operations on all continents. The Eastvantage team will deliver customer chat and email support on a 24/7 basis, interacting directly with the global customer base of our client. Currently 19 Eastvantage staff are being trained on the product portfolio and internal processes. From initial contact between our companies to start of operations took only 7 weeks. Proof of the cultural fit between our organizations: down to earth entrepreneurial can-do attitude.

With this, the scope of Eastvantage outsourcing services gets wider. We are more than ever ready to deliver value to your business.
