SM Cyber in QC, a new prime location for outsourcing firms

A new establishment will be added to the growing series of custom-built urban office developments by SM Land Commercial Properties Group. The west wing of their Quezon City (QC) land is being developed  to provide a more spacious and structured office space for business process outsourcing companies, which is to be called "SM Cyber" in West Avenue.

The soon to rise “SM Cyber” is a 15-level structure located just nearby SM retail and mall developments.The building has gross floor area (GLA) of 42,000 sqm and around 22,700 is the gross leasable area (GLA) for the office space. Among of the special features the building offers is a 5.2 sqm per person load density, VRV air conditioning system for flexibility in tenants’ business hours, parking space at the 2nd up to the 5th floors, 24/7 security system, 100 percent back-up power, and a 1,000 sqm roof deck garden. This 2,910 sqm property will rise at the corner of the main EDSA and West Avenue and bounded by Bulacan St.

Moreover, SM Cyber will be connected through the bridgeways to the SM North EDSA Mall as well as nearby MRT Stations for the convenience of the commuters who will work under these business process outsourcing companies that will lease in the building. The ground and second floor of the building, which are the remaining leasable area, will feature a Save More Supermarket and other support retail and commercial establishments.

SM Cyber West Avenue target completion is by the fourth quarter of this year (2013) and has an estimated project cost of P1.05 billion.
